40mm Brass Double-Locking Nightlatch

Images for illustrative purposes only. 40mm Brass Case Brass Cylinder Double Locking Nightlatch The Era polished brass double locking nightlatch is designed to replace most existing front door locks. This Era double locking nightlatch has a 40mm backset and is ideally suited for glass panelled wooden doors that have narrow stiles.
This 40mm nightlatch has been designed with an ergonomic internal locking handle offering added security against forced entry.
This 40mm brass nightlatch has a main lock bolt which is automatically deadlocked by the smaller bolt when the door is closed, preventing the main bolt being retracted by a credit card, the inside handle can also be deadlocked by an anti-clockwise turn of the key from the inside so securing the nightlatch against forced entry. This Era night-latch also features a snib function to retain the lock in the open or withdrawn position.
This nightlatch is supplied boxed with 3 keys, lock keep, lock cylinder c/w escutcheon, screws and bolts. This 40mm backset nightlatch is also available with a 60mm backset and in the following case finishes; satin chrome, polished chrome, and grey.
