This premium UK quality sash pull from the Heritage Brass collection in a brushed lacquered antique brass finish is a surface mount window lift pull handle to assist with opening and closing traditional sliding sash windows.

This sash window lift mounting plate measures 55mm wide by 20mm high at the lowest point, The overall height is 39mm with a 34mm projection. Installation is surface mounted and easily fitted to timber windows with 3 matching fixing screws to ensure a dependable operation, and is supplied in single units complete with slot head screws for an authentic look.

PRO TIP:
• To ensure the best aesthetics and operation, divide the bottom sash rail by four and fit two pulls at the left and right divide, the distance between the two pulls will be twice that from the side. Ensure the pulls are not fitted to low on the frame, use the spare hardened steel screw to ensure the drilled pilot holes will accept the brass screws with out deforming the heads.
