This 5 inch double action spring hinge is suitable for standard internal doors up to 45mm thick, 780mm wide with a maximum weight of 30kg.

This double action sprung hinge comes with tensioning pins, which are inserted into the knuckle of the hinge, once fitted, to tension the internal spring mechanism.

Double action spring hinges are ideal for busy commercial use. A good example of this is swinging kitchen doors as this type of hinge will close the door from both sides.

This double action swing hinge is sold in single units with pins and tension bar.
