External Softwood Doors

Our exterior softwood doors are generally manufactured from engineered over veneered Hemlock timber that features a knott free straight grain that is easy to work with, and then veneers provide a premium surface finish. We also use solid Red Deal and Redwood timbers free from veneers that can be the prefered choice where a cost-effective and low maintenance solution is required.

Exterior Softwood Glazed Doors

With traditional classic glazed designs, exterior softwood doors are a popular choice for secondary entrances, such as kitchens, garages and utility doors. Offered with a range of glazing options, including clear or obscure textured glass, and high security Georgian wired glass is also an option. We also supply unglazed models off-the-shelf for a fast turn around that also allow you to fit your own glass, this can further add to your savings both in money and time.

External softwood doors are ideally suited for a solvent based paint system such as Dulux Weathershield, and the Hemlock designs can also be finished with the Sikkens Cetol high-build wood stain finish to showcase the natural beauty of the woodgrain.
